Mr. Miller is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm and has forged a very reputable path in the legal profession, earning him the respect of his peers in the legal community and in the region as a whole.
Mr. Miller has developed extensive litigation experience in all the courts in Kenya in his 18 years at the Bar and has achieved impressive successes in a number of high-profile cases. Throughout his legal career, he has successfully represented dozens of financial institutions and corporate bodies in wide range of matters. He represented lawmakers in notable Election Petitions for various constituencies following Kenya’s most recent elections. He is also involved in the oil and gas sector where he represents a number of companies.
Mr. Miller is currently personally involved in the Mau Mau Reparations case against the British government. He represented the Deposit Protection Fund Board which consists of the following institutions, Trust Bank Limited (IL), Pan African Bank Limited (IL), Post Bank Credit Limited (IL) and Trade Bank Limited (IL) at the Goldenberg Inquiry.
He also represented the China Road 7 Bridge Corporation in 4 notable arbitration cases involving a debt amount of USD 7 Million.
Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) from the University of Warwick (U.K) and a Masters of Law Degree from the University of London, Kings College. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 6th of June 1996.
