Clive Mamadi Mulama is an Associate in the law firm’s Litigation Department. He has been involved in Commercial Litigation where he handles cases involving negotiable instruments, breach of contract, fraud and debt recovery that is secured and unsecured debts for financial institutions, debt recovery also for private companies, businesses and individuals.
He has been called upon to advise clients on minority shareholder rights under Company Law. He also deals and handles litigation in various areas of law including Family, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Civil, Criminal, Environment and Land Law.
He has prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of clients in all courts and tribunals in Kenya. He also handles Judicial Review Applications, Constitutional Petitions as well as disputes that arise under Employment and Labour Laws.
He enjoys watching soccer with friends, swimming, as well as catching up on a good read ‘Be Careful What You Wish For’ by Jeffrey Archer being among his favourite.
Mr. Mulama holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from Moi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court on 21st January 2014.
