Requirements:
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a current Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in conveyancing or property law.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team while taking independent initiative.
- Unquestionable integrity and professional standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to operate efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Additional certifications and professional memberships are highly encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct title searches and due diligence on property matters.
- Draft, review, and execute agreements, leases, and transfer documents.
- Advise clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and property law issues.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and registries to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Handle disputes related to property ownership, leases, and land use.
