Requirements:
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a current Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in litigation.
- Strong advocacy, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking independent responsibility for cases.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases under pressure.
- Additional certifications and professional memberships are highly encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal submissions.
- Advise clients on legal strategy, risks, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on complex matters.
