Mr C.H.R Miller, the sole commissioner looking into the complaints made by the Electricity Corporation of Nigeria workers union in Lagos about the Administration of E.C.N has returned to Lagos.

While in the territory, he held the inquiry in private just as done in other parts of the Nigerian Federation.

Mr Miller who was a magistrate in the Southern Cameroons before is now a Senior Crown Counsel in Lagos.
