The High court yesterday extended orders stopping alleged encroachers from developing disputed land worth more than Sh 8 billion in Karen.
Justice Lucy Gacheru extended the orders following a request by lawyer Cecil Miller representing Muchanga Investment, claiming ownership of the land.
The parties are expected to make their final submissions on Feb 23.
The case came up for mention yesterday and Miller told the court that all parties have complied with the orders.
Several parties lay claim on the land, including habenga holdings LTD, Jina Enterprises Ltd and Telesource Com Ltd.
